handful of radishes
1 tsp of chopped parsley
1 small tomato
1/4 cucumber
no oil just apple cider vinegar
No snack - ran out of Edamame beans
Dinner 6pm
1 oz of wild salmon
1/4 chopped red pepper
2 diced green onions
served on baby spinach with cup of veggies
